Физиологическая характеристика культивируемых прокариотных сообществ фумарольных полей в зоне распространения многолетней мерзлоты

Аннотация
Исследованы физиология и таксономический состав прокариотных сообществ различных вулканогенных отложений. Образцы фумарольных и пирокластических отложений, а также слаборазвитых почв (Leptic Cryosols) были отобраны в таких малоизученных областях, как фумарольные поля на вершинах вулканов Камчатки, Кавказа, Японии и шлаковые поля на склонах вулканической постройки в Антарктиде. Впервые проведена микробиологическая характеристика культивируемых аэробных гетеротрофных бактерий фумарольного поля кратера Герца на вершине вулкана Ушковский (Россия, Камчатка). Создана коллекция изолятов, включающая 106 штаммов аэробных гетеротрофных бактерий представителей родов Bacillus, Cupriavidus, Labedella, Microbacterium, Paenibacillus, Peribacillus, Plantibacter, Pseudomonas, Staphylococcus. Впервые проведен анализ факторов, пригодных для роста выделенных штаммов, таких как температурные условия культивирования, рН среды и концентрация NaCl. В ходе исследования установлено, что толерантность к двум и более стресс-факторам характерна для 57.1% выделенных штаммов, ко всем трем факторам – для 24.8% выделенных штаммов.
