'CardioSomatics' journal accepted for indexing in SCOPUS

Posted: 14.11.2022

The 'CardioSomatics' journal has been successfully evaluated and accepted for indexing in the SCOPUS database.

The Scopus Content Selection & Advisory Board (CSAB) has reviewed the journal and approved it for coverage. The message from CSAB was received on 05.10.2022.

All articles published in the journal from 2022 are subject for indexation.

The reviewer comments of Scopus Content Selection & Advisory Board (CSAB) members are copied below:

"This specialist cardiology journal is publishing around 30 items per annum with reasonable international citation activity.

Presentation standards are high, with a professional trilingual website in Russian, English and Chinese.

Of some concern is that the publication frequency has dropped this year, but on balance there are no obvious contraindications to accession to SCOPUS at this point, subject to keeping the progress of the journal under review.

The SCIMAGO website lists 356 bjournals in the cardiology category, against which to benchmark the further development of this journal.

See https://www.scimagojr.com/journalrank.php?category=2705"

The journal has already appeared among the titles accepted for indexing. The full list can be downloaded from the official site elsevier.com: Scopus Title list.

Journal articles published in 2022 are also already available on SCOPUS.

The journal page with publication activity indicators will appear on SCOPUS.com during the next global update in the spring of 2023.
